Cape Clear Software raises $15M in funds. Cape Clear has raised $45 million in total. Its Series D round was led by Interwest Partners of Menlo Park, Calif., according to a Tuesday report in Private Equity Week. Other backers included Greylock, Accel, and Dublin's ACT Venture Capital.
