Metatomix Raises $11.3M in VC Funding - Waltham, MA

Metatomix, a Waltham-based provider of software development tools, has raised $11.3 million in venture capital. Investors in the deal include Battelle Ventures, North Hill Ventures, Apex Venture Partners, Velocity Equity Partners and Equity Resources Group. Founded in 2000, Metatomix develops business software applications based on "semantic composite" technology.
