OrderMotion raises $8.5M in second round - NYC

OrderMotion, a provider of software for retail businesses, has raised $8.5 million in its second round of venture capital, according to a report in Private Equity Week, which cited a regulatory filing. Founded in 1994, OrderMotion provides outsourced software for planning, coordination, processing and fulfillment of orders for small to medium sized direct commerce companies. The company has operations in New York City, Boston and Toronto.
