BEZ Systems Raises Additional Funding in Fourth Round - Boston, MA

BEZ Systems, a developer of predictive application and database performance management software, announced on Monday that it has received an extension of its fourth round of financing from Ascent Venture Partners, Velocity Equity Partners, and The Massachusetts Technology Development Corp. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The funds are being used to increase product virtualization support and channel development, the company said. BEZ was founded in 1993.
