Tizor closes Series B round at $15M - Maynard, MA

Security software maker Tizor Inc. has closed additional financing in its oversubscribed Series B round, bringing the total to $15 million. Boston-based Longworth Venture Partners is joining the Series B investor team led by Hummer Winblad. Tizor investors include Masthead Ventures, Navigator Technology Ventures and Common Angels, Tizor officials said.
