Covergence raises $15M Third Round of Funding - Maynard, MA

Covergence Inc., a maker of session initiation protocol (SIP)-based management platforms, has added $15 million in Series C funding. The new round of funding was led by new investor Globespan Capital Partners and included existing investors Highland Capital Partners and North Bridge Venture Partners.
