Meetinghouse Data is acquired by Cisco - Portsmouth, NH

Telecommunications networking giant Cisco Systems Inc. has agreed to pay $43.7 million in cash for Portsmouth, N.H.-based Meetinghouse Data Communications Inc. The 77-person Meetinghouse provides client-side security software for wireless LANs that allows enterprise customers to restrict network access to only authorized users and/or host devices.
