FireStar Raises $2 Million of Venture Capital - Boxborough, MA

FireStar Software, a Boxborough-based provider of business automation software, has raised $2 million of venture capital. Founded in 2001, FireStar's software is designed to automate the exchange of business transactions between multiple, independent organizations. The company is affiliated with Amphion Innovations, a publicly traded technology business development firm. FireStar previously raised $2 million in a separate venture capital investment earlier this year.
