Millennial Net Acquired by PHC Holding - Burlington, MA

Millennial Net, a Burlington-based developer of power mesh networking technology, has been acquired for an undisclosed sum by PHC Holding, a Germany-based, privately held company. Millennial Net develops commercial- and industrial-class wireless networking systems for sensing and control applications that allow equipment makers and systems integrators to build wireless sensor products and networks. The company said that it will continue to operate as an independent business. Prior to the acquisition, Millennial was backed by Globespan Capital Partners, General Catalyst Partners, Kodiak Venture Partners and BCE Capital.
