DesktopStandard Acquired by Microsoft - Portsmouth, NH

DesktopStandard, a Portsmouth-based developer of desktop computer management products, has been acquired by Microsoft. Financial terms were not disclosed. Microsoft said that DesktopStandard will operate as a subsidiary of Microsoft while its technology is transitioned to Microsoft.
