BEZ Systems Raises $7.5 Million in Third Round - Boston, MA

BEZ Systems, a provider of application performance management technology, has raised $7.5 million in its third round of venture capital, led by Ascent Venture Partners. Other investors in the deal include Brooke Private Equity Advisors, JMI Equity, the Massachusetts Technology Development Corp. and Velocity Equity Partners. Founded in 1993, BEZ Systems offers software that provides a view of application performance, resource utilization and data usage.
