EMC Corp. will acquire Network Intelligence - Westwood, MA

EMC (NYSE:EMC), headquartered in Hopkinton, Mass., said Monday the company has signed an agreement to purchase Westwood, Mass.-based Network Intelligence for $175 million in cash.
