Intrusic Raises $8 Million in Second Round of VC - Burlington, MA

Intrusic, a Burlington-based provider of software that protects critical information from the malicious or careless activities of trusted insiders, has raised $8 million in its second round of venture capital, led by North Bridge Venture Partners. Other investors in the deal include DFJ New England and Draper Fisher Jurvetson. Intrusic was founded in 2002. The company raised $2.1 million in its first round of venture capital four years ago, led by Draper Fisher Jurvetson.
