dynaTrace software Raises $12.9 Million in Second Round - Waltham, MA

dynaTrace software, a Waltham-based provider of lifecycle application performance management software for distributed Java and .NET applications, announced on Tuesday that it has raised $12.9 million in its second round of venture capital, which was led by Bay Partners. Founded in 2005, dynaTrace offers software that captures data on all individual transactions down to “code level.” Its customers include LinkedIn, EnerNOC, AutoTrader, Siemens and UBS. Bain Capital Ventures is also an investor in the company.
