HubSpot Raises $500,000 in Seed Round - Cambridge, MA

HubSpot, a Cambridge-based software company, has raised $500,000 in seed capital from a group of private investors, the company disclosed on Wednesday. Founded in 2005, HubSpot offers small companies a totally integrated suite of business applications, including "a contemporary website," customer relationship management, project management, time tracking, expense tracking and employee collaboration tools. The company was founded by Dharmesh Shah and Brian Halligan while both were graduate students at MIT.
