Ounce Labs Raises $6 Million in Third Round - Waltham, MA

Ounce Labs, a Waltham-based provider of technology that analyzes software applications for security vulnerabilities, has raised $2 million in its third round of venture capital. Investors in the deal include Greylock, BlueStream Ventures and Commonwealth Capital Ventures, which each invested $2 million in the deal. Ounce Labs raised $16 million in its previous two venture capital rounds. The company was founded in 2002.
