Airvana files for an IPO - Chelmsford, MA

Airvana Inc. has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to raise up to $75 million in a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. Airvana, founded in 2000, develops network infrastructure products used by wireless carriers to provide mobile broadband services.
