Reva Systems raises $10.5M in VC funding - Chelmsford, MA

Reva Systems, a Chelmsford-based developer of radio-frequency identification (RFID) network infrastructure products, has raised $10.5 million more in its second round of venture capital, PE Week Wire reported on Monday, citing a regulatory filing. Founded in 2004, Reva develops technology that is designed to improve system performance, manageability and security while lessening implementation time and complexity. Investors in the company include North Bridge Venture Partners, Charles River Ventures, Cisco Systems and SAP Venture.
