Viridity Software Raises $7 Million in First Round - Amesbury, MA

Viridity Software, an Amesbury-based provider of data center management software, has raised $7 million in its first round of venture capital, according to a report in PE Week Wire, which cited a regulatory filing. Investors in the deal include North Bridge Venture Partners and Battery Ventures. Viridity’s software is designed to manage all aspects of data centers, including power, space, cooling, application performance, reliability and risk.
