IntelliReach acquired by Infocrossing - Dedham, MA

IntelliReach, a privately held, provider of software that supports messaging systems, has been acquired by Infocrossing, a Leonia, New Jersey-based provider of IT outsourcing. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. IntelliReach was founded in 1998 and has approximately 1,200 customers. The company raised $7 million in its first round of venture capital in 2004, led by M/C Venture Partners.
