HighRoads Raises $9 Million in Third Round - Woburn, MA

HighRoads, a Woburn-based provider of human resources management software, has raised $9 Million in its third round of venture capital, led by ABS Ventures. Other investors in the deal include Kodiak Capital, Egan-Managed Capital and AH Ventures. HighRoads, founded in 1999, offers software that automates human resource management for employers and their vendors, consultants, and outsourced administrators. Its customers include about 20% of the Fortune 500 employers, among them General Dynamics, Honeywell, IBM, Kraft, Pitney Bowes and Staples.
