Click Tactics, a Waltham-based provider of web-based marketing software, has raised $36.7 million in a round of venture capital, PE Week Wire reported. Investors in the deal include JMI Equity, ABS Ventures and IDG Ventures Boston. Click Tactics automation software supports the creation, management, execution and measurement of direct mail, email and web communications to achieve higher response rates and improve marketing return on investment.
