Matchmine Raises $10 Million - Needham, MA

Matchmine, a Needham-based developer of content recommendation technology, has raised $10 million in financing from Boston-based private equity firm The Kraft Group, according to a report in The Boston Globe. Matchmine allows users to rate movies, music, online videos and blogs. Their profiles are then used to make content recommendations on sites that partner with Matchmine, which initially will include Peerflix, FilmCrave and Fuzz.com. Matchmine was founded in 2005.
