TimeTrade Raises $5 Million in Third Round of Venture Capital - Bedford, MA

TimeTrade Systems, a Bedford-based provider of transaction-based appointment scheduling software, has raised $5 million in its third round of venture capital, led by Ascent Venture Partners and including participation from CommonAngels. TimeTrade said that the investment will be used to support "aggressive growth plans." The company focuses on large retailers, government agencies, healthcare companies and universities that have "a common business need to drive and manage thousands of appointments efficiently." TimeTrade was founded in 2000.
