GameLogic Raises $8 Million in Third Round of VC - Waltham, MA

GameLogic, a Waltham, Mass.-based provider of web-based marketing software for casino operators, has raised $8 million in its third round of venture capital, according to a report by PE Hub, which cited a regulatory filing. Founded in 2002, GameLogic offers interactive marketing services designed to help casinos attract and retain customers. The company was founded by the creators of Gamesville, a provider of online entertainment and marketing and promotion systems. Investors in GameLogic include Bain Capital Ventures, General Catalyst and Maveron.
